Snow in Lincoln is a thing of beauty, when it starts it just doesn’t stop! Love it. Aside from when you get caught in it and get cold eyeballs, yep, that does happen and it hurts a hell of a lot. Today has actually been spent fruitfully working, even managed to finish one project, so super happy about that :D just 5 more to sort out :| Even a trip to the library was included, which I plan to return to tomorrow for en mass photocopying :)
In other news I have gotten rid of the dreads, super ghey, but there is fair reason behind it, they were coming lose at the bases and certain ones had completely failed to take. So instead of fighting them I chose to destroy them and now have my old style back, which actually feels great. Now back to work and listening to JSRF soundtrack, life is so hard sometimes :p
Motivation, needin’ lots of it right now. Have none. Not a smidgen or ounce. I’d also like to see my brother, he’s kinda funny and I miss him. And my girlfriend, she inspires me a fair bit, so that’d be rather useful. I’d also get hugs and lushness too. Until then? Coffee and Gok Wan.
so I had a lecture at 10-1 today, thought I was meant to be off in Greenstone (20 minutes walk) print room to well, at least start printing and etching, but alas no, instead I went from the print room to Pavillion (2 mins from the building if that) where I bumped into Chrissy and Marco, none of us having a clue where to go we thought it would be best to check out Thithe barn (uphill death). Again failure… time for Chad Varah. Luckily since we were mostly up the hill of death we didn’t need to brave Steep Hill, just cut across via the Cathedral. And after getting slightly confused as to where we were, we found our building, found the room and discovered… there were only 6 people who had turned up (including us) what had originally been thought of as a 4 hour lecture turned out to be a 15 min individual chat… it was nice to get to know the tutor n all, but next time, more specific instructions please :|
I got my package through, I can’t afford food yet I can keep money aside for hair things…
And the process started yesterday evening around 4/5pm and finished around 12. Took so freaking long to start! But thanks to the nifty hands and super patience of Oof once it got started it took off like a rocket, now armed with a ridiculous amount of locks it’s now to the point of melting wax into ‘em. they smell so goddamn good! P.S, you do wash your hair when you have locks, ALOT.
